Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of dailywardrobe.net and the DailyWardrobe Android app (together, "DailyWardrobe"), operated by Zoi Data Yazılım Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi ("we", "us"). By using DailyWardrobe you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What DailyWardrobe is

DailyWardrobe is a discovery service. We put together outfits and show you clothing and accessories, each one a tap away from the shop that actually sells it.

We are not a shop. We hold no stock, take no orders, process no payments and ship nothing. Every purchase is a contract between you and the merchant whose site you land on — most often Amazon. Their terms, their prices, their delivery, their returns policy.

Affiliate relationship

DailyWardrobe earns commission from some purchases made through links on this site, at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

This affects how we make money; it does not mean a listed product is recommended for you personally, tested by us, or the best price available. Treat everything here as inspiration, not advice.

Prices, availability and product information

Prices, stock and product details come from merchants and change constantly. What you see on DailyWardrobe may already be out of date by the time you tap through. The merchant's own page is always the authoritative one. We do not guarantee that any price, size, colour, material or availability shown here is accurate or current.

Your account

• You need an account to save outfits and rate them. Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
• One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer it.
• You can delete your account at any time, from your profile page. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

How you may use the service

Please do not:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-copy the catalogue, images or outfit data, by any automated means.
• Use the service to build or train a competing product or a dataset.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls or the cookie consent mechanism.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Android app, except where law expressly allows it despite this restriction.
• Interfere with the service's operation, or try to reach parts of it you have not been given access to.
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or that impersonates someone else.

Content and rights

The DailyWardrobe name, design, editorial text and outfit compositions belong to us and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Everything else needs our written permission.

Product images, brand names and trade marks belong to the merchants and brands concerned, and appear here to identify the products they describe. Their appearance on DailyWardrobe does not imply any partnership with, or endorsement by, those brands beyond the affiliate relationship described above.

Anything you submit — ratings, saved collections — stays yours. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display it as needed to run the service. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

The Android app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you control. The app is distributed through Google Play, so Google's terms apply to the download alongside these terms. We may release updates; some may be required for the app to keep working.

Third-party sites

Product links take you to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their practices, or anything that happens between you and them. Read their terms and privacy policies.

Availability

We aim to keep DailyWardrobe running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we may stop offering the service entirely. Where a change would materially affect registered users, we will give reasonable notice.

Disclaimer and liability

DailyWardrobe is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for: goods you buy from a merchant, disputes with a merchant, delivery or returns, inaccurate prices or product information supplied by merchants, or indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK or Türkiye, those statutory rights are unaffected by anything written here.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and for material changes we will give notice on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use DailyWardrobe after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes will be heard by the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts of that country.
